Library Card

You may register for and use your free library card at any Delaware County Libraries’ member.  To register, you will need identification that includes a current street address.  Each borrower (or guardian) is responsible for all materials checked out on the card.  For borrowers under 18, a parent or guardian signature is required. A replacement charge for a lost library card is $3.00. See Fees page for late fees. Lost or damaged items will be billed at materials’ cost.  If you owe $20.00 or more in fees, you will not be able to borrow any more items.

A Delaware County library card enables users to borrow books, e-books, music CDs, audio books
